As part of the opening of its new campus in Saint-Ouen and its strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, Audencia is preparing to take a major new step: the launch of the Sirius Programme in the Paris region at the start of the 2025 academic year.
A pioneering project in the Pays de la Loire region
The Parcours Sirius is a unique programme in France, designed to give young people with a vocational baccalaureate – who are still under-represented in the grandes écoles – the opportunity to pursue ambitious higher education studies.
During a year of free cross-disciplinary reinforcement, students develop key skills and gain the confidence they need to enter one of Audencia’s Bachelors programmes.
Launched in 2022 on the Nantes campus, this scheme has already encouraged more than 40 young people to follow a path of excellence and illustrates the strength of tailor-made support, rooted in the school’s values of openness and solidarity.
Saint-Ouen: a new springboard for equal opportunities
In September 2025, Parcours Sirius will open in Saint-Ouen, an area at the heart of social diversity issues. The aim is clear: to break through the glass ceiling that still hinders access to the grandes écoles for young people with vocational baccalaureate qualifications. Today, less than 1% of Audencia students come from this background.
This new initiative is part of a collective dynamic, working closely with local players, public institutions and committed companies to offer young people a genuine opportunity to change their career path.
100% financed by the Audencia Foundation
Thanks to the support of corporate sponsors and individual donors, the entire tuition fee for the Sirius programme is covered by the Audencia Foundation.
Students can also benefit from a living grant, awarded on the basis of social and geographical criteria, to help cover their day-to-day expenses.
This support can continue for those who go on to do a Bachelor’s degree at Audencia:
- Up to 90% of tuition fees covered for students with grants
- A complementary living grant
- A merit-based grant for non-grant-holders
From year 3ᵉ, the programme can also be taken on a sandwich course, allowing students to be paid while having their tuition fees covered by their employer.
Would you like to support the students in the Parcours Sirius?
Whether you are a company or an individual, by supporting this socially inclusive initiative, you are helping talented young people from vocational backgrounds to develop their full potential and gain access to excellent career paths.
