In 2024, the Audencia Foundation confirmed its essential role in promoting diversity and inclusion, educational innovation and the development of impactful research to serve the region. Here’s a look back at a year marked by collective generosity and concrete advances for the benefit of students.
A human and supportive dynamic
Behind each of the Foundation’s actions lies a strong ambition: to enable every student, whatever their background or constraints, to experience their time at Audencia to the full. This has resulted in :
Social grants to help students facing financial difficulties;
- Increased support for Mission Handicap, which assists students from the time they are admitted to their professional integration;
- Stepping up the Parcours Sirius, a unique springboard to higher education for students with a vocational baccalaureate;
- The allocation of emergency grants to respond to critical, often invisible, situations.
In all, more than 150 students benefited from direct aid in 2024. And behind these figures, there are faces, stories and success stories. Like Mellina, for example, who overcame the obstacles of an invisible disability to pursue her dreams. Or that of Félix, who found a new path thanks to Sirius, and discovered a passion for general knowledge.
Entrepreneurship, a driving force for change
At the same time, the Foundation has continued to support student entrepreneurs through Audencia’s Pôle Entrepreneur. In 2024 :
- 19 entrepreneurial projects were supported via dedicated grants,
- concepts such as KOMOD’ and FRINGUANT took decisive steps forward,
- events and masterclasses enabled more than 150 students and alumni to be coached and challenged.
These projects illustrate the same conviction: entrepreneurship is also about having an impact. And thanks to the Foundation’s grants, no one is forced to give up this path, even if they have no resources.
Supporting impactful research
The Foundation continues to support research chairs that are changing practices in business and society. These include
- The Positive Impact Chair, with its #NegoTraining programme, has trained 5,700 women in wage negotiation, while conducting in-depth studies on CSR strategy.
- The Family Entrepreneurship & Society Chair, strengthened by sponsorship from LNA Santé, explores the issues of succession, identity and innovation in family businesses.
Through more than 80 publications and speeches, and 42 events open to the public, this work feeds the debate and inspires action.
A growing community of Committed Employees
The year 2024 was also marked by the strengthening of the Committed community: graduates, parents, employees, students… all mobilised by the desire to pass on, get involved and take action for a more inclusive and supportive school.
More than 100 new donors joined the adventure in 2024, proof that the Audencia Foundation is above all a human, collective and generous story.
