A world leader in materials handling, personnel lifting and earthmoving, Manitou is committed to Parcours Sirius, an equal opportunities program for vocational baccalaureate holders.
This scheme, unique in France, offers them a year’s reinforcement free of charge to help them on their way to higher education, with a specific pathway to Audencia Bachelor in Management at the end of the Sirius course.
Promoting access to higher education for all!
This support will enable us to offer vocational baccalaureate holders a year’s reinforcement, entirely free of charge, to help them on their way to higher education, with a specific entry route to Audencia Bachelor in Management at the end of the Sirius course.
In addition to the financial support, Manitou Group is committed to accompanying the young Sirius students throughout their journey towards professional success, through discovery of the company and its businesses, mentoring by its managers and immersive work placements.
“We are delighted and proud to be supporting Audencia’s Sirius programme. At Manitou Group, we firmly believe in the importance of inclusion, education and professional development. The Sirius programme embodies this vision by providing young people with the tools and support they need to succeed in their academic and professional careers. We look forward to meeting the new intake and helping to set their future in motion!”
Already 2 years old, the Parcours Sirius has proved its positive impact on young people: while only 16% of vocational baccalaureate holders go on to obtain a higher education diploma, 100% of the students in the first classes wanted to continue their studies, and 75% of them even joined the School’s Bachelor in Management program.
