On 19 June, the Audencia Foundation organised the 2nd edition of the Soirée des Audacieux at the Mediacampus in Nantes. This fundraising evening was designed to bring together the Foundation’s donors for a moment of thanks, exchange and sharing. It was an opportunity for them to meet 3 inspiring and talented students who came to share their journey, made possible thanks to donations made to the Audencia Foundation. With €37,980 raised, the initial target of €35,000 was quickly surpassed to support the students!
The evening also marked the launch of the new ‘Diversity & Inclusion’ fundraising campaign, two of Audencia’s core values. The aim is to promote equal opportunities and enhance the diversity of the school’s student profiles. To achieve this, the Foundation hopes to raise €3.9 million by the end of 2025 to help finance solidarity scholarships, including :
- Social scholarships, awarded on the basis of social criteria, to help young people enjoy a more peaceful education,
- Entrepreneurship grants to encourage students to carry out their entrepreneurial project as an alternative to their end-of-studies work placement,
- Parcours Sirius, a unique scheme in France that offers a year’s training to students with a vocational baccalaureate. The aim is for them to be able to enter the Bachelor’s programme thanks to human and financial support.
This wonderful opportunity brought together more than fifteen of the school’s graduating classes, from the Bachelor’s course to the Grande Ecole Programme, from 1978 to 2018!
